Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been opened or used:

• Used products
• Skincare items
• Supplements or ingestible products
• Food-grade products
• Items that have been tampered with
• Products marked as Final Sale
This policy helps protect the safety, cleanliness, and integrity of our products for all customers.
Returns on Unopened Items (When Applicable)
In limited circumstances, Whole Rituals may accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of deliveryif:
• The product seal remains intact
• The packaging is unused and in resellable condition
• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Unless the error was ours, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or provide store credit when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Whole Rituals is not responsible for:
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Lost, stolen, or mishandled packages after delivery
For carrier-related issues, please contact USPS, UPS, or the shipping provider directly.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Returns sent without authorization will not be refunded
