Domestic Shipping (United States)

Whole Rituals is proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, no minimum purchase required.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipping.

Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (FREE)

  • Expedited Shipping: Not currently available

  • Overnight Shipping: Not currently available

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 


 

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new releases), processing times may be slightly extended.

We work hard to prepare your order quickly, but please understand processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

 


 

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (select items)

Carrier selection depends on destination, weight, and product type.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Whole Rituals is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

 


 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Whole Rituals is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly:

  • USPS: 1-800-275-8777

  • UPS: 1-800-742-5877

  • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339

We recommend checking with neighbors, your building manager, or local post office.

 


Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will gladly assist you with a replacement when applicable.
