These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

5. The Ritual Market and Brand-Partner Products

The Ritual Market includes products created, supplied, fulfilled, or shipped by independent brand partners.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Whole Rituals does not manufacture these partner products.

  • Product information may be supplied by the applicable brand.

  • Processing times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, return eligibility, warranties, and fulfillment practices may vary by partner.

  • Products may ship separately from Whole Rituals products or from other Ritual Market brands.

  • An order containing multiple brands may generate multiple shipments and tracking numbers.

The individual product page, including its Shipping & Returns section, forms part of these Terms and provides the conditions applicable to that particular partner product.

Whole Rituals will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with damaged, incorrect, or eligible return requests involving a partner product, but the final resolution may depend on the applicable brand’s policies and the circumstances of the order.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, specifications, prices, and availability accurately.

However:

  • Screen settings may affect how colors appear.

  • Product packaging or labeling may be updated.

  • Manufacturers or brand partners may revise ingredients, specifications, or instructions.

Eligible products may be available through a recurring Whole Rituals Auto Reorder or subscription option.

Before completing a subscription purchase, the Website will display applicable information such as:

  • Billing interval

  • Delivery frequency

By enrolling, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency chosen until the subscription is canceled.

Subscription prices, taxes, and shipping charges may change when permitted by law. When advance notice is legally required, it will be provided using the contact information associated with your account.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, eligible subscriptions may be canceled, skipped, paused, or rescheduled through the available account or subscription-management tools.

Cancellation must be completed before the next order enters processing. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed, charged, or sent to fulfillment.

You are responsible for maintaining current:

We may suspend or cancel a subscription if payment fails, a product becomes unavailable, fraud is suspected, or the subscription cannot be fulfilled.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping conditions depend on whether the order contains:

  • Products from multiple brands

Whole Rituals products and partner products may have different shipping rates, processing times, carriers, and delivery schedules.

The Whole Rituals free-shipping offer applies only as described in our current Shipping Policy and does not automatically cover products fulfilled by Ritual Market partners.

13. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products

Return and refund eligibility depends on:

  • The product category

  • Whether the product has been opened or used

  • Hygiene and safety considerations

  • Whether the item is a Whole Rituals or partner product

  • The applicable brand’s policy

Customers must contact us before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Opened skincare, personal-care products, supplements, ingestible products, and certain hygiene-sensitive items may be final sale except where required by law or where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a product page contains a more specific condition relating to fulfillment, shipping, subscriptions, safety, or returns, that product-specific condition will control for that issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of a customer’s jurisdiction require otherwise.
